AI can quickly handle many tasks in a project, including writing, creating, and editing. Yet that alone cannot ensure that all those outputs serve the same purpose. You have the director's role: define the desired result, connect the right tools in the right order, and assess the final quality.

• You do not have to handle every technical detail yourself. But you must be able to judge whether the result meets your needs.

• In a clean brief, specify the work to be done, required features, expected result, and deadline. Even if an attractive alternative result appears, do not lose sight of your actual need.

• Good tools alone are not enough; the right sequence of work and methodology are also needed. Like a conductor bringing an orchestra together, orchestration combines separate capabilities for a shared purpose.

• When AI generates a large amount of output, plan time to review it too. Producing output is not, by itself, the measure of a completed task.

• Have AI write a work log after each task. Save it with dates and versions, and have AI read the log before continuing in the next session.
