06. QnA — கேள்வி & பதில்

நமக்குத் தெளிவாக இருக்கும் ஒரு வேலைச் சிக்கலை AI-யிடம் கூறும்போது, அதன் பின்னணியும் அதற்குத் தெரியும் என்று நினைத்துவிடலாம். ஆனால் தொழில் துறை, ஏற்கனவே முயன்ற தீர்வுகள், நடைமுறைக் கட்டுப்பாடுகள் ஆகியவை தெரியாதபோது, யாருக்கும் பொருந்தக்கூடிய பொதுப் பதிலே கிடைக்கலாம். பதிலை நமது சூழலுக்குப் பொருத்தமாக்குவது தேவையை மட்டும் கூறுவதால் அல்ல; அதைத் தெளிவுபடுத்தும் context மற்றும் clarification questions மூலமாகும்.

• “இன்னும் தகவல் தேவைப்பட்டால் என்னைக் கேள்; அதன் பிறகு தீர்வை வழங்கு” என்று அறிவுறுத்துங்கள். பதிலை மாற்றக்கூடிய விவரங்களையே context-இல் சேர்ப்பது முக்கியம்.

But without knowing the industry, solutions already tried, and practical constraints, it may give a generic answer that could apply to anyone. Making an answer fit our situation takes more than stating the need; it requires context and clarification questions that make the need clear.

• Specify the industry, type of work, and problem. Different details may matter to a lawyer and a psychologist even when they ask the same question.

• Describe solutions you have already tried and the problems they caused. This can reduce repeated suggestions that are not useful.

• Clarification questions may seem time-consuming, but they help clarify the need. In applications such as ChatGPT, you can ask AI to request information first rather than answer immediately.

• Instruct it: “Ask me if you need more information; then provide the solution.” It is important to include details in the context that could change the answer.
